**Project Manager, Internal Operations**

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding **Project Manager, Operations** – a solutions-oriented, detail-driven professional who’s ready to collaborate across teams, lead key initiatives, and deliver operational excellence for the agency. **Responsibilities**
**What You’ll Do -** **As a Project Manager, you will be:**
+ Leading and executing projects that drive standardization, change, and optimized ways of working across the agency.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efforts align with agency goals in revenue, margin, delivery, retention, and reputation.
+ Overseeing and supporting agency programs, including long-term initiatives designed to improve operations and culture.
+ Leveraging core project management skills to ensure timely project delivery with desired outcomes.
+ Contributing to knowledge management efforts through clear documentation and planning to ensure resources and best practices are accessible across teams.
+ Working on a variety of marketing and business projects, from AI integration to media optimization to tool implementation.
+ Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills
**Day-to-Day, your role includes:**
+ Managing and delivering projects that enhance team performance and operational success.
+ Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on goals, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth execution of programs.
+ Effectively handling risk, escalating when needed and assisting the team in resolution
+ Streamlining workflows and creating efficiencies to improve how teams work together.
+ Supporting long-term agency growth by fostering collaboration, consistency, and innovation in processes.
**Qualifications**
**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:**
+ A four-year degree
+ 4-6 years of Project Management, Marketing, Change Management, or related experience
+ A proven ability to manage projects, including creating project plans, tracking and prioritizing tasks, resourcing and balancing team workloads, managing budgets, identifying risks, driving timelines, creating workflows, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
+ Exposure and comfortability with digital marketing and agency work, terminology, and processes, as well as an understanding of how cross-functional teams operate within an agency environment.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
+ A collaborative, team-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
+ Bonus skills include experience with agile methodology, AI tools, media, and/or change management.

Compensation Range: $73,910-106,260. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
