Position Summary:
Program Manager, M&A will collaborate with M&A leadership, the BU and Procurement teams to deliver a fully Integrated supply base during diligence and integration of an acquisition. This position will lead the supplier workstream throughout the entirety of an acquisition, and work to deliver on the deal drivers and strategy determined by the deal team. The Program Manager will potentially lead multiple deals at one time. They will ensure that timelines and goals are met and communicated properly.
What you will do:
Ensure the implementation of Integration Management strategies and templates. Provide Mentorship in Integration management practices.
Collaborate with M&A leadership and other GQO functions to define and manage integration strategy for Procurement.
Bring other Procurement teams and SMEs into the diligence and integration as appropriate
Potential contract reviews during diligence and Distribution agreement support for distribution deals
Use established tools and templates created to lead a successful integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier compliance, continuity of supply, and integration of Procurement personnel.
Estimate resourcing required for an integration and provide CER inputs
Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly with business partners. Develop stakeholder strategies for the effective management across broad range of expectations and requirements.
Implement an effective communications management strategies to executive leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.
Builds mutual trust and drives collaboration across teams. Mentors and guides others throughout the course of an integration.
May lead PMO function for a business. Manage and optimize department portfolio budgets. May lead a portfolio governance board for department. Builds mutual trust and drives collaboration across teams.
What you need:
BS or equivalent & 10+ years of work experience
PM Certification
(MBA and/or MS preferred)
Strong English Skills
