Summary of the Job: This job function will require coordinating multiple projects within our organization and Family of Companies. The primary function will be responsible for overseeing project quoting, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. This team member will work closely with other Program Managers and leadership within the team along with subject matter experts across the company. Duties and responsibilities · Program Oversight: Manage multiple testing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory teams, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and generate quotes along with objectives, and deliverable. · Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. · Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress against milestones. · Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and group processes. · Continuous Improvement: Analyze program outcomes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Required Education/Experience: · High School or AA in Science · 0-2 years’ experience in a material testing laboratory environment Necessary Skills: · Problem-solving skills · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintain Lab ISO and process Safety procedures.
