Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Industry Briefing program, a series of live events that connect leading healthcare solution companies with prospective health systems to share insights, thought leadership and innovative new products. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of these events, from planning and execution to post-event analysis, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.   Primary Job Duties: + Manage end-to-end planning and execution of Industry Briefing events, ensuring high-quality delivery and member satisfaction. + Develop and oversee marketing collateral and promotional strategies to drive event participation and engagement. + Build and maintain relationships with healthcare solution companies, serving as logistical point of contact. + Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, content, and technical support to ensure seamless event execution. + Track and analyze event performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for program improvement. + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent events. + Create and maintain project documentation, including event briefs, schedules, and status reports Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in events or healthcare industry + Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills + Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail + Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration + Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in healthcare industry or professional association environment + Knowledge of web-based event management best practices and technologies + PMP Certification or other project management credentials a plus Interpersonal Skills & Attributes: + Process oriented with the ability to drive a project to completion + Member focused + Strategic mindset + Calm problem solver + Extreme attention to detail + Team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work-day + Ability to collaborate and influence others at a senior level + Excellent communication and client facing skills + Excellent organizational skills Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, the ability to maintain a stationary position for an extended period. Ability to lift and move over 20 lbs.
