Position Title: Project Manager (P3)

Role

Responsible for project leadership across all designated projects with a focus on associated finances and project schedule which includes coordinating all deliverables and requirements across a broad cross-functional project team.  Verify all projects are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed upon timelines while complying with Crown Castle’s code of conduct, policies and procedures.   Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing.

Responsibilities 

Translate customer orders into workable projects within CCI PM tools & applications Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines and expected run rates Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements Attend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for CCI Ensure Crown Castle and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data Report project status against commitments and keep customer and stakeholders informed Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with customer and all stakeholders Own financial accountability across all individual and collection of assigned projects Manage scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy Engage face-to-face with customers, vendors or contractors at their workplace or off-site location.  Subject to local and state eligibility, a pre-employment background check will be conducted for criminal convictions, including misdemeanors and felonies related to violence or possession of weapons.

Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

Minimum of five (5) + years of project management experience Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience Customer facing project management experience a plus

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

The salary range offered for this position is $88,480- $121,660 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.  Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
