JLL is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Sustainable Building design & construction to join our Sustainability Consulting team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering strategic solutions for clients, actively collaborating across platforms, and managing industry-changing projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for working with diverse stakeholders to deliver challenging sustainability projects, leveraging your expertise in commercial real estate operations, sustainability, energy management, and construction. Your ability to adapt to new technologies, develop collaborative solutions, and drive client satisfaction through teamwork will be essential in this dynamic position. This is a hybrid role, with an expectations to be in the office once/twice week and potential for occasional site visits.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Lead project meetings, charrettes and presentations Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals Complete documentation including plans and calculations to achieve green building certifications (such as LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, BOMA BEST, etc.) Develop technical documentation, proposals, and presentations to clients Provide written and oral comments and reports to design teams, owners, or contractors If needed, conduct project job site visits during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to sustainable design specifications, owner expectations and building codes Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects Manage financials on assigned projects (project set up, invoices, AR, etc.) Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner Make independent decisions with regard to specific job duties. Seek guidance on decisions outside work scope.
WHAT YOU BRING:

Dans ce rôle, vous serez à l’avant-garde de la prestation de solutions stratégiques aux clients, de la collaboration active entre les plateformes et de la gestion de projets en évolution dans l’industrie. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous êtes responsable de travailler avec diverses parties prenantes afin de réaliser des projets de développement durable stimulants, en tirant parti de votre expertise dans les activités immobilières commerciales, le développement durable, la gestion énergétique et la construction. Votre capacité à vous adapter aux nouvelles technologies, à développer des solutions collaboratives et à accroître la satisfaction de vos clients grâce au travail d’équipe sera essentielle dans cette position dynamique. Il s’agit d’un rôle hybride, où l’on s’attend à être au bureau une ou deux fois par semaine et à pouvoir effectuer des visites occasionnelles sur place.

Diriger les réunions, coordonner les sessions intensives de travail collaboratif et préparer ainsi que délivrer des présentations afin de communiquer les avancées et les résultats du projet aux parties prenantesÉlaborer et suivre des indicateurs et des objectifs de durabilité Compléter la documentation, y compris les plans et les calculs pour obtenir les certifications vertes (par exemple, LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, BOMA BEST, etc.) Élaborer des documents techniques, des propositions et des présentations à l’intention des clients Fournir des commentaires et des rapports écrits et oraux aux équipes de conception, aux propriétaires ou aux entrepreneurs Au besoin, effectuer des visites des chantiers pendant la construction afin de suivre l’avancement et d’assurer la conformité aux spécifications de conception durable, aux attentes des propriétaires et aux codes du bâtiment Soutenir les chefs de projet dans le cadre de projets et de missions complexes de grande envergure Gérer de façon proactive les questions liées au projet dans le cadre d’un compte ou d’une affectation Élaborer la portée et le calendrier des projets attribués Gérer les données financières des projets attribués (établissement des projets, factures, comptes clients, etc.) Démontrer une volonté proactive de répondre aux exigences des clients et des projets en temps opportunPrendre des décisions indépendantes en ce qui a trait à des tâches précises. Demander des conseils sur les décisions qui sortent du cadre du travail.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
