Project Manager, Translational Development
Job Description + Develop and progress integrated cross-functional project plans that are critical to the program’s success. + Build relationships and strong communication with strategic external partners. + Manage external CDMOs/CROs to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. + Lead internal and external matrixed project teams. + Develop and maintain program budgets and timelines, and associated cross-functional logistics and communication. + Represent the company in project management for partnered development programs. + Coordinate study activities and oversee that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures. + Organize and maintain all documents and records related to the program studies and ensure timely delivery of study documents. + Support the execution of translational stages of a program with internal teams and external stakeholders in partnership with the Project Team Lead. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree with experience in life sciences (Preferred) + 2+ years of experience in program management of drug development, preferably in the gene therapy field + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Program Management tools Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $51.00/hr.
