Shift: Full Time - 40 Hours Exempt - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Serves as a liaison for local, state, and federal agencies that influence, whether by regulatory standards or through emergency planning and response support. Develops analysis and monitors regulatory metrics for improved compliance performance at the organizational level; identifying opportunities, providing information and consultation to management and departments with a focus on sustainable effectiveness. Exercises considerable initiative, independence and judgment regarding preparation of analysis, development of recommendations and identification and resolution of problems.
Serves as a liaison for local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting emergency planning and response efforts. Develops analysis and monitors regulatory metrics to improve compliance performance at the organizational level. Identifies opportunities for improvement, providing consultation and strategic recommendations to management and departments. Leads and optimizes recruitment strategies, managing the transition of customer service roles to a centralized call center. Exercises considerable initiative, independence, and judgment in analyzing processes, developing recommendations, and resolving issues. Organizes and facilitates hiring events, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with hiring regulations. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align hiring and operational goals with regulatory expectations. Prepares and summarizes key documents, translating complex information into actionable insights for leadership. Conducts weekly meetings with management to review compliance metrics, recruitment effectiveness, and process improvements. Implements sustainable, data-driven solutions, enhancing efficiency in hiring, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Emergency Management or related field of study required. Specialized knowledge of Emergency Management requirements of regulatory and accrediting agencies. Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsibility and experience relating to emergency management or safety program management or leadership position required. Demonstrated experiences in project management or in planning, implementing, managing and coordinating complex events. Demonstrated research skills using electronic journals, media, the Internet, and other sources, especially in searching governmental websites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Interpersonal and communication skills necessary in order to effectively exchange information, enhance relationships, lead staff and interacting with all levels of hospital staff and outside community agencies. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
