Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Class A high-rise and multi-story parking structure projects ranging from $10 million to $35 million. Based in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire regions, this role is responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale commercial construction and strong expertise in scoping, buyout, and cost control.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-rise and parking structure projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project specifications. Oversee project scoping, contract buyout, and coordination of resources to establish a strong foundation for successful project delivery. Implement and manage cost control measures, ensuring projects remain within budget while meeting high-quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members, maintaining clear and effective communication across all project phases. Use Prolog and Converge software for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication. Conduct regular site visits, review project schedules, and provide solutions to address any potential delays or issues.

 

Background Profile:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for Class A high-rise and/or multi-story parking structures. Strong understanding of project scoping, buyout, and cost control measures, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proficiency in Prolog and Converge software is highly desirable.
