Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following:

Security clearance at the level of Reliability; Undergraduate degree; Over nine (9+) years of experience in a Project Manager role; Demonstrated experience with Environmental Management Services (EMS) i.e. real property, environment or climate services.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Demonstrated experience in Project administration meetings and email updates: Facilitate project kick-off and closure meetings, providing email summary notes; Communicate and agree to objectives and requirements as well proposed work plan; Lead additional project management meetings as appropriate; and Provide monthly email status updates covering current focus of the final work plan as well as overall scope, schedule, budget, and any challenges or risks to those items. Demonstrated experience with Work Plans: Provide a proposed work plan following the project kick-off meeting; Consider the scope, schedule, and budget of the Program Activity Contractor’s proposed work plan; and Include work breakdown and associated schedule and level of effort. Demonstrated experience with Tailored Project Management: Act as representative for project management activities; Plan, coordinate, communicate, monitor, and oversee scope, schedule, and budget throughout the Program Activity; and Work conscientiously, collaboratively, and with initiative alongside personnel, stakeholders, and Program.
