Project Manager/Business Analyst responsible for leading a project to upgrade current OFAC reporting application. This project includes:
Prepare project plan
Confirm objectives and business requirements
Review current application, process, and technology environment
Design revised process, including input/output controls
Develop, test, implement solution
Prepare system, administration, and user documentation
Additional responsibilities:
· Coordinating testing with multiple business units who provide input data
· Interacting with off-shore development and testing resources
· Ensuring that projects are on-time and under budget
