Lead the Charge in Software Integration – Project Manager, OneSource Software
PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of Thomson Reuters OneSource Software integrated with SAP ERP. Role & ImpactAs the Project Manager for the OneSource Software implementation, you will be the driving force behind the integration of cutting-edge software that enhances our customs and export compliance capabilities. This project will directly impact business operations across our global footprint, enabling teams to manage regulatory compliance efficiently. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of this critical software solution, with a focus on timelines, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Thomson Reuters OneSource Software integrated with SAP ERP, ensuring the project is delivered on time and meets all specified requirements.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Finance, Customs) and external vendors to define and refine project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage Project Planning: Create a detailed, accelerated project plan, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resources. Track project progress and proactively manage risks.
Process Optimization: Analyze and refine current customs and export processes to ensure that OneSource configuration and SAP integration support compliance and operational needs.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Thomson Reuters (OneSource vendor) and implementation partners, ensuring timely support and resolution of issues.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee the solution's adherence to global customs regulations, export compliance standards, tariff management, and screening protocols.
Training & Change Management: Lead end-user training sessions to ensure smooth system adoption and transition.
Report Progress: Keep stakeholders and senior leadership informed with regular project updates, risk mitigation plans, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
PMP certification is highly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
Extensive experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource and SAP ERP integration.
Strong background in customs and export compliance projects.
Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance processes, and export documentation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite 60% of the time.
Preferred:
Fluency in additional languages, such as German, Spanish, or French, is a plus.

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
