Project Manager – Patient Experience, Ambulatory Operational Excellence
Description

In this role, you will have direct oversight and responsibility over projects within Ambulatory Operational Excellence – Patient Experience. As Project Manager, you will assist with observing current workflows, data gathering, preparing reports and statistical summaries that will allow transparency and the opportunity to provide recommendations or action plans in line with Health System expectations.

Your main role will be to maintain the Patient Experience Toolkit, support the Patient Experience Team, and provide data management and analysis for projects in collaboration with senior project managers and ambulatory clinic leaders. This position will offer project management, data, and analytical support to enhance patient experience improvement projects through the Patient Experience Improvement Toolkit and data analysis and reporting. The Project Manager will monitor data quality and work with UCLA Health’s ambulatory clinic leaders and stakeholders to find ways to support patient experience-related initiatives. The goal is to improve the patient experience and enhance UCLA Health’s performance on the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) Survey.

Salary Range: $28.30 – 54.74/hourly
