Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, to join our client’s remote team. Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and achievements. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of project management processes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English: Ability to communicate effectively in all three languages, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven Project Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare, data analytics, or technology sector. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and adaptable communication style to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and keep projects on track.
