Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, to join our client’s remote team. In this role, you will lead critical projects in the development of innovative data-driven solutions that directly contribute to advancing cancer research. You will play a key role in coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met while adhering to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Timeline & Budget Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient execution while maintaining high quality standards. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success, and provide creative solutions to challenges that arise. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and achievements. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of project management processes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Key Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English: Ability to communicate effectively in all three languages, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven Project Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare, data analytics, or technology sector. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and adaptable communication style to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and keep projects on track.
