Job SummaryThe PSE&G Clean Energy Jobs Program group has three primary objectives: implement a workforce development strategy to support vendor hiring, develop a training program for candidates of vendors, and develop a diverse supplier network for EE work. This position supports the creation and tracking of contracts, metrics and reporting related to program operations.
Job Responsibilities Manage Key Project Milestones (KPM) – create, track and status reporting Manage contracts, contractual commitments, and program goals risks proactively, identifying potential lags/risks Analyze key performance indicators, scorecard and milestone metrics Manage the program budget including developing budget proposals, justifying expenses, and monitoring expenditures Provide timely and relevant communication with project stakeholders to define the project goals and scope Lead or coordinate routine and ad-hoc meetings, ensuring timely preparation and issuance of reports on project status, progress and updated plans. Offer guidance to team members with invoice processing (Ariba) and track purchase orders Maintain process and program documentation to support vendor agreements Lead efforts to create presentations for executive leadershipJob Specific Qualifications
Required:
