Project Manager Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for daily client correspondence, managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting Schedule and coordinate activities across various departments to meet project timelines Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure all team members remain aligned Collaborate with the purchasing department to assign work orders accurately Coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring efficient project delivery to clients Work closely with the internal design team to secure timely client approvals and maintain project flow Maintain consistent, effective communication with both internal teams and external clients The successful candidate has: Team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively and ask clarifying questions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling time-sensitive and confidential information Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel Ability to suggest and implement process improvements for enhanced accuracy and growth Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a similar role Proven expertise in scheduling and planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Post-secondary education from a recognized institution in a related field is required Compensation and benefits $75,000-$90,000 per annum Comprehensive dental, vision, and health care coverage Engaging company events Casual dress environment Convenient on-site parking Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
