What You'll Do Manage all phases of assigned project(s), ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget and meet all required specifications.Ensure that all work complies with quality standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that work is completed to standard and on time, managing relationships and resolving issues as needed.Regular site visits to review project progress, conformity to project scope.Compliance with permits, safety standards, ensuring compliance to procedure with contractors executing work under permits.Handle all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, preparing reports and serving as a liaison between the project team and the client. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, engineering, or construction management strongly preferred.5 to 7 years of project management experience Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations related to requirements.A strong working knowledge of financial reporting and monitoring ensuring project costs are within scope of project.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, and computer literacy.Highly organized with strong analytical skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and project software. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity within construction
