Requirements:
In this senior role, the PM will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP - Project Management Professional) is required. Advanced certifications and specializations are highly preferred Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects Computer literate; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Advanced database knowledge (e.g. developing and executing SQL statements, importing data, etc.) Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and software Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and lead multidisciplinary project teams Strong experience in managing projects that impact organizational strategies
Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning Scheduling Budgeting Overseeing the efficient allocation of resources Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables Collaborating with stakeholders Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices Manage and oversee from inception to completion all aspects of projects assigned to them The position will be responsible for developing project plans for projects and tracking and reporting on milestones and status Provide analytical support for measuring operational improvements Develops and presents project documentation with all project stakeholders. Documentation may include business cases, project initiation requests, work plans, project milestones Develop detailed project plans for implementations and track and report on milestones, dependencies, risks and mitigations Review and provide feedback on business requirements, functional requirements, test plans, test scenarios, documentation and training materials Interact with all levels and departments of the organization such as IT, Regulatory, Marketing business owners, and vendors to maintain and update project plans Provide analytical support in evaluating the segment‘s systems and operations as needed to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
