Reporting to the Account Manager, this is a key position with the overall objective for delivering operational and service excellence to the client.

Responsible and accountable for developing and executing all aspects of the project from start to finish in a co-ordinated manner to ensure Eden maintains margin expectations, manages customer requirements, leads and develops fitting teams to ensure Best in Class service is delivered and maintained.

This role will require you to be the ambassador for Eden and you will need to develop relationships across all touch points including problem solving with solutions that protect our margin and service performance.


Duties & Responsibilities
 

Communicate with Account Manager to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives – delivery on-time, within scope and within budgetCreate and maintain/updated store layout breakdowns, ensuring all changes and revisions are captured and updated in a timely mannerManage the project and demand through ERP system, ensuring the system is regularly updated should changes occur ensuring the operational team are kept updated at every stageProject invoicing at the end of each project to be actioned in current month in line with business targetsCo-ordinate internal resources and installation teamsManage, maintain and update all project documents in the customer shared folder highlighting change and revision controlEnsure resource availability and allocation, with technical feasibility of projects is understood and sharedManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costsEnsure the account forecast is updated and track key account metrics throughout the duration of the projectLiaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with project execution planActively participating in site scoping meetings with client across their entire estate (UK, IRE, & EU)On site presence throughout the duration of the project and to be initiative-taking in identifying any potential problems or issues which can be highlighted on site and implement counter measures

Driven, energetic and professionally ambitiousResults driven with a strong sense of urgencyProven track record and experience in project management in fast paced retail environment (minimum 5 years)Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time whilst paying strict attention to detailCommercial knowledge and understanding of all profit drivers of a projectStrong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)Working knowledge of drawings/blueprintsExperience of working in MRP/ERP systemsAbility to generate precise store layout breakdownsExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsAbility to prioritise among completing tasksExceptional client-facing and internal communication skillsSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsExcellent listening, negotiating and presentation skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-starting, independent, self-sufficientNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
