**Overview** We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented **Part-Time HVAC Maintenance Coordinator** to support the ongoing maintenance, inspection, and operation of our HVAC systems. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a comfortable environment across our facilities. Ideal for a seasoned technician or a semi-retired professional looking to stay active in the field, this flexible, part-time position allows you to apply your expertise without the demands of a full-time schedule. **Pay: $55/hourly** The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Maintenance Planning:** Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC systems. Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to reduce downtime and disruptions. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, and equipment data. **2. Inspection and Testing:** Conduct routine inspections of HVAC units, including visual and auditory checks. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, lubrication, and electrical checks. Test steam traps, refrigerant pressure, and other system components to ensure optimal function. **3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:** Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Provide technical support and guidance to on-site staff when needed. Assist in training team members on predictive maintenance tools and practices. **4. Compliance & Reporting:** Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Document maintenance activities, including refrigerant usage and boiler inspections. Assist in managing maintenance budgets and submitting regular status reports. **Qualifications & Skills:** Strong understanding of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance best practices. Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling software. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong organizational and planning skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in vendor and contract management is a plus. Relevant certifications/licenses (EPA, HVAC, etc.) preferred. REQNUMBER: 115781
