Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from the Planning Phase to the successful delivery of the ship back to the customer. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both Combatant and Non-Combatant vessels, particularly CVN class or LHD class ships. The Project Manager will perform independent, complex analysis, concept formulation, and identify new methods. Acting as the lead representative, the Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate decision-making to protect the fiscal position and reputation of the company. Responsibilities + Lead and manage the project from development to final milestone completion. + Perform complex analysis and concept formulation. + Act as the primary point of contact for customers. + Ensure accurate decision-making to avoid errors that could impact the company's fiscal position or reputation. + Manage technical personnel within complex activities or shipboard availabilities. + Maintain professional outsourcing relationships with Teaming Partners/Sub Contractors. + Notify Accounting Department upon work completion for invoicing and payment approvals. + Supervise all employees assigned to the project team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
