Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for a long term contract in Denver, CO.  This role will be a hybrid role with mostly remote duties; however there may be onsite meetings, so candidates who are local to Colorado will be considered

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager. The primary responsibility is leading and managing a very large, high visibility HR project to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Overall project management to ensure the project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and in-scope.Partners with key project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.Ensures team roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, manages the schedule.Manages issue resolution and risk mitigation.Communicates project status, risks, and issues to project team and key stakeholders.Serves as the main source for one “version of the truth” for the overall project status.Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams. 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience managing projects.

Preferred Experience

Project management experience with a focus on HR compensation, HR systems, and processes.Leading large scale projects requiring interactions with executive level stakeholders.Prefer experience managing project in ServiceNow ITBM/SPM.

Additional Information

This long term contract role will work a hybrid schedule of onsite/ in the office and remote in Denver, CO.  This role will pay between $55-$65 per hour (depending on experience).
