·       Manage the hardware development projects for Process Systems and Solutions to ensure project objective / goals (cost, time, quality, performance) are met with timescales and other deliverables

·       Drives successful execution of value delivery based on project plans developed with scope defined, resources and sequences of activities identified, and projects implemented according to the plan

•       Establish a communication schedule and regularly communicate progress updates to appropriate staff through planning and review meetings

•       Collaborate with cross functional team, align priorities between groups, monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful product releases

•       Removes project impediments and identifies issues using appropriate metrics and tools, and drives corrective actions

·       Support product releases through their lifecycle in collaboration with firmware, system integration, sustaining and manufacturing teams

Utilize agile methodologies and tools for project management to ensure that systematic approaches are deployedAdvocate a culture of relentless improvement amongst the team and champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across the organization
