Responsibilities

Provide support to the Sponsor’s Directorate-level learning institution, where skills-specific tradecraft training divisions combine with new programs to leverage private sector opportunities, support the Directorate’s corporate career development, and raise digital acumen throughout the Sponsor organization. The Systems Integrator will support the organization responsible for data to support learning opportunities focused on five portfolio areas – data acumen, data governance, data management, data design, and data science. The office provides learning spaces including OneButton Studio, computer lab classroom, and innovation space/classroom with touchscreen capabilities. 

 

The Systems Integrator (SI) will oversee administrative activities related to acquiring and delivering digital acumen learning content, participate in course development of both live and digital learning opportunities, and provide input to other Sponsor components, schoolhouses and innovation accelerators on digital acumen learning content design and delivery. The Project Manager will also be responsible for working with other Digital Acumen Program personnel to design and implement a method for baselining the Agency’s digital acumen levels and for implementing an acquisition and delivery model for commercial content.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans related to digital acumen and innovation learning portfolios Conduct periodic needs assessments or baselines related to digital acumen learning, at the Sponsor’s direction Coordinate the learning institutions communications to create and disseminate information about digital acumen courses and learning content to the Sponsor and IC partners Drafting of official communications (program calls, course advertisements, etc.)Briefing Sponsor components on events and programs Engaging with stakeholders about digital acumen and innovation-focused learning activities Assist in Curriculum Development and Course Management: Provide input to Instructional Designer related to the development of sponsor-led online and classroom courses/events and materials for new and existing courses Collaborate across matrixed teams to conceptualize and propose new courses that fit within the digital acumen strategic framework Review legacy learning content and courses and refresh/propose new learning solutions  Research and propose external/commercial curriculum design/development/instruction opportunities to add to the course offerings  Qualifications Must possess and be able maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraphExcellent communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives A strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking) Ability to synthesize information from various resources Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience) in liberal arts studies, communications, or other associated discipline BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
