What You Will Do:

Manage complex, medium to large-scale projects. Lead large, cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Assist in the estimate of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.Assist in the management of changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Serve in a technical and scientific leadership role in the exploration of new initiatives, planning of strategically important proposals, and execution of project development.Responsible for ensuring the technical solutions and schedules on the assigned project(s) are implemented in a timely manner. 

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of FIVE (5) years’ experience as a project manager on a medium to large-scale program.Experience preparing project plans, project management documents and schedules, briefing materials, issue analyses, and similar materials in a clear and concise manner.  Experience using project management software. Strong analysis and communications skills, both verbal and written, to communicate information to stakeholders across all levels of experience.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
