Project Manager

Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) seek a brilliant, business facing Project Manager who can enable and assist the MMB Analytics team.

Based in our London office, you will be working alongside a Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure the timely delivery of multiple workstreams and Analytics products.

This is not a Technical Project Manager role - an understanding of tech. is required but more important to us will be your experience of working with the business and development team(s) to manage technology requirements and digital products on large scale projects.

What you need to have: 

Experience of successfully delivering large multi-workstream projects.Experience of running large projects that integrate multiple date sources.Ability to communicate and present timely updates to key stakeholders in a concise and regular manner.An appreciation of what it takes to bring a product to market.To be able to manage both technical and business workstreams.

What makes you stand out:

Experience of influencing or improving project success outside of standard project management responsibilities.Awareness of the value and impact analytics can provide within a business and the wider market.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of market research, analytics, and relevant technologies.

We will rely on you to:

Be responsible for delivering quality projects on time.Manage the end-to-end delivery of the projects across multiple workstreams.Facilitate internal communications and effective collaboration within the MMB Analytics team and others within the Mercer organisation.Manage and communicate change across the business and team.Act as an escalation point and own the mitigation of any outstanding actions across the products.Report progress updates to stakeholders at various levels within the organization on a timely and regular basis.Input into the project outside of the standard Project Manager role, including but not limited to, hosting and participating in discussions to drive outcomes, challenge decisions that may negatively impact the wider scope of the project, investigate the feasibility of technical solutions, and more.
