3Ci is seeking a Project Manager for our Client - a leading strategic advisory firm in the insurance space, offering employee benefits, retirement, and HR solutions.

Must Haves:

4-6 years of experience in managing IT technology projects, including large-scale projects. Demonstrated planning skills and ability to lead teams in a multi-project environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft platform, Windows servers and clients, Windows OS Upgrades, Data networking, Security Upgrades. Experience delivering iterative solutions using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies (emphasis on Waterfall). Proven success in managing multiple, concurrent technical projects. Understanding of ITIL framework. Financial acumen with experience in managing IT project budgets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Visio and PowerPoint. Experience working independently and in cross-functional team environments. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts in a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to Haves:

PMP Certification highly desired. Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

Soft Skills Needed:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all organization levels. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical staff, stakeholders, and business executives in a clear and concise manner. Effective facilitation of solutions in complex IT technology and business environments. Comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning for multiple IT projects, focusing on IT security and Active Directory initiatives within the first 90 days. Manage IT project risks and vendors, providing regular status updates and addressing action items. Gain proficiency with our Client's IT environment and business processes within 6 months. Ensure successful execution of IT projects, particularly in Infrastructure and Application domains. Implement and uphold IT project governance standards. Adapt and respond to changes in project scope and objectives. Communicate technical issues, impacts, and risk mitigation strategies in business terms.
