Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager with a experience in civil engineering land development, infrastructure design, and construction document preparation. This role involves managing projects related to roads, storm drainage systems, storm water management facilities, and utilities such as water and sewer. Responsibilities include designing, project management, and maintaining strong relationships with team members. You will also provide training and mentoring for junior team members, assist in the preparation of engineering proposals, manage invoices, and maintain project and staff schedules. Additionally, you will serve as a potential point-of-contact for clients, review agencies, contractors, and the internal planning department on land development projects. You will engage in civil site/land development design, permitting, and construction observation on various projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal.
