•\tOrganize and lead build / commissioning planning & reporting; updating excel status, and team boards•\tReview and status build-shop call, commissioning & troubleshooting issues -JIRA - documentation and tracking •\tReview missing parts by kit(phase) with build team and development countermeasure•\tSupport weekly reports and report outs for build and commissioning teams: build status, High risk parts review and milestone impact, shop calls report out, general issues & action items; Align with Core team rep. to report out Build & Commissioning status•\tReport on build delays & assess plan with planners and truck owners•\tFacilitate and execute build tool and processes and implementation, coordinate and train; Monitor build documentation and track changes to build PVR/PPR•\tOrganize vehicle hand-off activities •\tOrganize and build out training plan and checklist for build and commissioning team•\tTrack and report on overall team progress and milestones•\tParticipate and pass all relevant training•\tFacilitate Build/Commissioning related meetings and workshops

•\tHours are 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 5 days/week•\tBuilding prototype vehicles•\t4 -week build or a 12-week build, truck type, powertrain type depends on the timing of build•\t5-6 builds at once•\t30-minute truck status meeting•\tForecast, tracking•\tDaily interaction with the team•\tSingle point of contact•\tWorking with Engineers to Managers to Technicians•\tThis person needs to be an activity driver•\tConnecting different people to scheduled events with the ability to put the right people in the room, put people’s feet to fire on their commitments•\tSomeone who is eager and outgoing – not afraid to meet people
