Project Manager- Germany 

To €80,000 DOE + Excellent Rotation + Living Allowance + Accommodation   

Our client, a leading Construction & Engineering contractor in Europe, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence is now looking for a seasoned Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects such as managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all work follows design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:     

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.  

Carry out site assessment to determine the project requirements, risks, and opportunities.  

Work closely with stakeholders to specify project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.  

Identify and distribute resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.  

Manage all the site construction activities ensuring that works are performed safely and effectively following the project plans and specifications.  

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.  

Carry out quality control measures and procedures to identify and address construction errors and deficiencies.  

Oversee project costs, cash flows, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.  

Prepare regular updates on project progress, milestones and issues and address stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.  

Prepare documentations/records including draft preliminaries and participate in Design Team Progress Meetings.  

Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or related field.  

5+ years’ experience in Project Management role in main contractor/leading contractors.  

Strong understanding and execution of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data centre environment. (Fire Alarm Systems, Transformers, Generators, Air Handling Units etc.) 

Proven ability to successfully manage projects and deliver results within budget and schedule.  

Effective verbal & written communication and problem-solving skills.  

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
