What You’ll doAs a Project Manager, you will be managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing resources.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.Lead and manage project teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and tasks are completed efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project goals.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget.Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.Collaborate with teams to leverage collective expertise to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results. Essential Qualities for SuccessAt least 5 years of project management experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle ERP Systems.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address challenges, minimizing potential delays or disruptions, and making effective leadership decisions.Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, with the ability to adapt communication style and tone for diverse audiences.Proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships.Experience in managing multiple tasks and maintaining a proactive and results-driven approach.Strong resilience and adaptability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity and setbacks.
