In this role, you will provide business acumen and project management support for complex and system-wide strategic initiativesYou will work closely with the Strategy and Innovation and corporate-wide leadership to drive research, analytics and project management for successful planning and implementation of priority projects for the organizationYou would build effective working relationships, lead working sessions, and take the lead in developing needed project plans, business models, presentations to support updates or change managementYou will identify key risks and strategizes on approach with supervisorYou will support the junior staff in both executing works and their learning and development journey Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in healthcare, non-for-profit sector or relevant skill set. Master’s Degree in Healthcare administration, business administration or public health field is preferred.5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, consulting or other related fieldMicrosoft Suite – proficiency in excel, power point, visio, power BI preferred.Strong writing and analytical skills.Advanced project management skills.Project Management Certification preferred but not required.
