Position Summary:

At CSC, we’re not just looking for a Project Manager, we’re seeking a Project Catalyst who will be the heartbeat of our Regulatory Technology team. We believe that projects are more than just timelines and deliverables—they’re about people, passion, and possibilities.

The Role: As a Project Manager, you’ll be the navigator of our high-profile initiatives, steering projects from the drawing board to real-world impact. You’ll be the glue that binds diverse teams, the spark that ignites innovation, and the compass that guides us to success.

Initiation: You’ll be the storyteller, translating visions into actionable roadmaps, engaging hearts and minds to ensure every voice is heard and every idea valued. Planning: You’ll be the strategist, crafting plans that are as flexible as they are robust, fostering collaboration and driving efficiency. Execution: You’ll be the coach, empowering team members to discover their strengths, fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared victories. Monitoring: You’ll be the analyst, with a keen eye on progress and a finger on the pulse of innovation, ensuring our goals are met with precision and flair. Closing: You’ll be the mentor, ensuring knowledge is captured and celebrated, turning every project into a stepping stone for future success.

People Management:

You’ll be the leader who doesn’t just manage but inspires. You’ll cultivate an environment where creativity blooms, challenges are welcomed, and growth is inevitable.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

You’ve navigated the waters of Financial Services, with 6-8 years of charting courses through operational or project management roles. You’re versed in the technological symphony of business applications and have a conductor’s understanding of project management methodologies. Your analytical acumen is matched only by your ability to forge strong relationships and influence at all levels. You’re as proactive as you are creative, driven not just by results but by the stories behind them. You understand the language of numbers, with a solid grasp of financial reports and cost analysis. Certifications like PMP/PRINCE II are a plus, but your attitude and aptitude shine brightest. A proven track record in project management, with a knack for making complex projects feel like a breeze. Communication that’s as clear as it is compelling, building bridges between teams and stakeholders. Organizational prowess, juggling tasks with grace and ensuring no detail is left behind. A technological toolkit that includes Microsoft Office mastery and a flair for Smartsheet. Educational foundations that have prepared you for this journey, whether through formal study or the rich classroom of experience.
