Project Manager

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of our projects in all technical, commercial and scheduling aspects, to meet the requirements of the end users and customers.

The projects are mainly related to Automation Distributed Control Systems (DCS) but can also include other digital solutions like for example digital twins or other solutions from the Emerson portfolio.

You will be working together with multiple functional teams such as Lead Engineers, Engineering centers, Sales, etc. to decisively contribute to customer success, be it internal or external.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Own the projects in close cooperation with the Lead Engineers in order to agree the course of action vital to complete the assigned projects in a timely and successful manner within the project budget and schedule. Be responsible for supervising the projects performance and progress while reporting regularly about the current status and cost, providing forecast and analysis. Coordinate the communication between customers (external and internal), suppliers and project teams. Assist the sales organization in demonstrations, presentations and project estimation. Be the interface and coordinate all commercial and technical issues relating to the projects with the Engineering team, internal and external clients as required for providing successful projects.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation. Experience in a project engineering environment. Extensive knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools and MS-Office application. Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, tact and diplomacy. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Availability to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Project Management Certification such as PMP Proficiency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language.
