**Job ID Number** R3211 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Onsite **Job Summary** As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Project Manager** responsible for the management of large-scale IT operational fleet projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-team efforts, manage both business and IT expectations, and ensure precise scope definition and management. **This position is full-time, onsite, and a contract that renews on a semi-annual basis.** **This position requires 40-50% travel and a valid US passport.** **What You’ll Do** + Ability to work with multiple teams to develop a project plan and timeline + Coordinate and communicate across various verticals for deliverables + Ability to create and maintain budgets + Ability to accurately forecast spend (actuals and estimations) on monthly, quarterly, and project basis + Ability to lead team in a very dynamic environment + Communication clearly with stakeholders through both verbal and written mediums + Evaluate and report clearly on project status, risks, financials, and upcoming/past events + Monitor and assess project deliverables to ensure delivery + Flexibility to travel and work in global industry + Ability to appropriately assign tasks and responsibilities **What You’ll Need** Required: + Minimum of 5 years in Project Management + An understanding of project methodology + Proficiency in MS Project or similar time tracking tool + Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Technologies and their applications + Excellent communication skills, including business presentations, issue resolution, and the ability to convey consistent messages to large teams + HR skills including team building, performance evaluations, coaching, and problem-solving + Leadership qualities to lead by example within an IT culture-based environment + US Passport + Willingness to travel (40-50%) Preferred: + PMP certification (preferred but not required) + Previous shipboard experience is a plus + Experience managing large, complex projects + Expertise in Project Management Methodologies. + Familiarity with MS Projects or similar tools. + Strong problem-solving and issue resolution abilities. + Understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application. + Exceptional communication skills for business presentations and large audience communication. + HR skills in team building, performance evaluations, coaching, and problem-solving. + Ability to exemplify leadership within an IT culture-based environment. **Physical Demands:** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor \#LI-EB1 **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
