Complete Description:
The Government of the District of Columbia Government (the District), Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) (the District) has a requirement for implementing a document management system, consistently primarily of scanning, indexing and storing digitized documents to enable CFSA to efficiently meet its short and long term document management needs through technology integration, cost effectiveness and productivity enhancement.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in ECM technologies on IBM FileNet P8 Platform 4.x, 5.x – Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine / Workplace XT, Capture. Experience in Kofax and Kofax Transformation Module desirable. The candidate should have worked for 3-5 years on IBM FileNet P8 platform. Experience with other imaging products is an added advantage. Their position is responsible to analyze, design, and support applications which address enterprise business requirements. The candidate should have implemented Data Capture and ECM solutions at large organizations. Experience in Imaging Technologies including Document Scanning, Distributed Capture, understanding of Imaging File formats, Data Extraction, OCR, ICR, Barcode Recognition, Document Separation methods, Workflows.
The contractor shall provide a basic roadmap for strategically increasing document management maturity in order to reduce dependence on manual processes and ad-hoc solutions while enabling user-friendly solutions for capturing, managing, delivering, storing, and preserving the documents.
