Detailed Job Description:

IT work experience (3-5 years). Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required). Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams (5+ years). Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects (5+ years). Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures (5+ years). Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5+ years). Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5+ years). Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports (5+ years). Experience with Risk and Issue Management (5+ years). Leadership experience Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (preferred). Experience working with technical programming teams (preferred). Experience with state government projects (preferred). Experience using Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred). Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred). Experience managing large projects for a government agency (preferred). Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management (preferred). ITIL Service Management Foundations Certified (preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans. Serve as a liaison with users. Provide project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders as well as executive leadership. Manage resources for associated projects. Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code. Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements. Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis documentation. Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts; Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.
