For our location Istanbul, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

 

Lead major projects across different regions & product lines (e.g. implementation of new regulatory standard, transformational projects) Define project plans incl. milestone planning, risk management & KPIs. Monitor product creation processes and team performance and designs and leads implementation of improvement actions as needed Ensures and documents compliance with standards and processes for product creation (GDPEP). Contributes to continuous improvement of these standards and processes together with Domain Manage risks, resolve problems/issues, and handle baseline changes during project execution, reporting and escalating to decision-makers and stakeholders as necessary Secure and negotiate team resources and provide performance feedback and development needs

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree with min 5 years of experience in project management & PM tools (project planning, controlling & monitoring, risk management, change request management, quality management) Preferably knowledge of ZF Products Strong problem-solving skills, outcome-orientation and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills and experience in leading cross-functional matrix teams Professional level of English proficiency.
