Project Manager

Join the team that makes a difference!   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of field employees to ensure that daily, short-term, and long-term objectives can be achieved Closely monitor the progress of the work Ensure equipment necessary for effective field operations is in adequate condition and available to team members as needed Help enforce safety procedures and provide training for our team members Plan, schedule and dispatch staff to project sites based on skill sets, certifications, location, project, and priority Meet with team members onsite to discuss objectives for the day, and help troubleshoot any issues Document field activities for the day Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, to discuss and review project information Meet with on-site subcontractors Perform other duties as assigned PHYSICAL CONDITIONS Pushing / pulling: frequent daily basis Twisting / turning: frequent daily basis Lift items over head: frequent daily basis Standing: 6-8 hours daily Crouching / stooping: prolonged periods Typing / data entry: frequent daily basis Lifting / carrying: frequent daily up to 50 lbs Equipment used: emergency air monitoring equipment, emergency response equipment, radio communications equipment QUALIFICATIONS Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required Minimum experience: 2+ years of experience in field management of multiple crews Supervisory experience: Supervisory experience in Emergency Spill Response and Industrial Services Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license (CDL license is a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment Able to work in all environmental temperatures and weather conditions Ability to work long hours including day and night shifts and weekend work as required Available for periodic overnight travel BENEFITS PTO, paid holidays, sick time Medical, dental, vision, life insurances 401k matching

Physical including drug & alcohol screening Background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

 

Pay: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.
