Become a Senior Project Manager for Bloomreach! You will be an essential member of our GIST group by building, planning, and owning multiple Security & IT projects overseen by the Program Lead. Our company provides the best digital experience for the top international e-commerce companies. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space. You will work in our UK office or from home on a full-time basis and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects from start to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Create and maintain detailed project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and align deliverables with business goals. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions. Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, ensuring effective communication. Address pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain progress.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing multiple, concurrent projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Atlassian Suite). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex information clearly. Proven ability to identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
