Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Own the planning, development, and execution of annual and quarterly analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with data & analytics users, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and align on objectives * Prioritization and Roadmap Development: Evaluate and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic goals; Develop and maintain a detailed product development roadmap * Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, budget oversight, and quality control * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with tech development teams, third party vendors, and other business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of analytics products & data strategy initiatives * Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies * Change Management: Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that changes are documented, communicated, and incorporated into project plans * Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using key metrics and analytics, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet objectives * Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
