We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Washington, DC surrounding area.
Salary Range: $62,400 - $93,600
This position's primary responsibility is the coordination of projects, the associated scheduling and direction of the labor resources for access control and IP video systems. 
Responsibilities: Project planning, coordination, and schedulingTechnician schedulingSubcontractor schedulingService call schedulingEnsuring the technicians have the needed PPE, materials, and toolsSupport the Technicians with technical and programming expertiseWorks with Sales Teams to complete successful projectsCollaborates with team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company valuesPrepare project documentation including:Submittal and drawing packages and closeout documentsProject schedulesPerform site walks and meet with customers including pre-sale, job start-up, and close-out
Basic Hiring Criteria:Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in the low voltage industry primarily with access control, video surveillance, and network solutionsMust pass a background check and drug screeningMust have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications:Solid knowledge of access control, IP video, audio/video, intercom, structured cabling, healthcare, and other electronic systemsStrong IT/network skillsWork independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfactionExcellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activitiesAbility to work with details and time-sensitive issues to meet customer expectationsAddressing operational concerns and issues and monitoring overall customer satisfactionGood decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situationsShows initiative and engages in proactive behaviorAutoCAD experience
