Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a couple of federal jobs in the DMV area, supporting 2-3 projects totaling approximately $15M. The role involves managing the day-to-day operational aspects of federal construction projects, reviewing the scope of work, engaging subcontractors, and coordinating site visits for subcontractor bids. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for estimating and bidding task order contracts and IDIQs, as well as project scheduling and subcontractor management.

This is a fully on-site position in NA, md.
Work Environment
This Project Manager will work out of the Waldorf office with the rest of the internal team, with light travel to job sites within the DMV area.
