Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience with electrical distribution & overhead/underground projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar), excel, and Power BI.

Preferred Qualifcations:

PMP certification or degree in project management
