**Position Summary:** PMO resource will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Unified Billing Platform with scope between now and 2026 – based on a commitment to the FED. Full integration required effective coordination between cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline communication, manage project timelines and escalations of risks and issues. This resource will work at the direction of the IM Finance Business and Technology Lead. **Key Responsibilities:** **Cross Functional Team Coordination:** + Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams (example stakeholders: PPA, Salespage Support, IM IT, FRPPE, Finance) + Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved + Document and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings + Dependencies and interdependencies management **Project Planning and Execution:** + Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation + Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating them to the stakeholders + Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope **Reporting and Documentation:** + This is a hybrid role that will produce documentation supporting IMF and IMF Technology + Create and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk and issues logs, and meeting minutes + Create technology requirements including end to end data flows from Golden Source to downstream consumption + Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management and other key stakeholders + Ensure operational support processes are established and operationalized **Stakeholder Management:** + Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner + Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams + Manage and facilitate documentation reviews and sign-offs **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
