**Role Title:** Program Manager, Global Supply Planning **Work Location:** Hybrid, Kirkland US **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, Normal PST Business Hours **Pay Rate** : $56.09-$72.44 per Hr **Contract** : 11 Months **The Worlds Largest Search Engine is looking for their next Project Manager II!** **Project Overview:** The Networking Supply Chain and Commercial Operations (NOSCO) team is responsible for executing end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations to support customer needs. The NOSCO team focuses on network reliability, capacity delivery, and cost efficiency, which are critical priorities for the organization's network infrastructure. **Overall Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with demand planning, commodity management, and supply operations to ensure on-time and cost-optimized material delivery for capacity turn-ups within the global network. + Engage closely with OEM and Tier 2 vendors, driving improvements in supplier performance through an Operational Excellence framework. + Lead program lifecycles independently, implementing business and process changes as needed. + Contribute to the planning and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply planning, focusing on user journeys, requirements, design, and implementation timelines. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure on-time and accurate capacity enhancements across the organization's network of data centers and edge networking deployments. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align demand, supply, inventory, data center labor, and deployment planning. 3. Work with internal teams (demand planning, commodity management, supply operations, deployment) and external stakeholders (manufacturers, suppliers) to deliver optimal solutions, while leading prioritization and allocation decisions. **Required Qualifications:** + **Education:** MS or MBA in Supply Chain or Operations. + **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program Management, or Data Analytics. + **Tools:** Experience with MRP systems such as O9 and Kinaxis. **Desired Qualifications:** + MS or MBA degree, with an engineering background preferred. + Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills. + Solid knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components. + Experience with supply and inventory planning, reverse supply chain, or labor/deployment planning within large-scale data center infrastructure, especially in networking (preferred). **Pay Details:** $56.00 to $72.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
