Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence, ensuring your projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success while working closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions. Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously will be key in driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.

Responsibilities Champion and personify our values and cultureDevelop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact to achieve the client’s goals and objectives, focusing on asset renewal and maintenanceLead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projectsYou have experience leading a diverse team in the successful delivery of a program of capital project construction You are seen as a valued and trusted team member and a subject matter expertise in contract managementYour clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectivesServe as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector Qualifications A strong desire to grow the business presence in the local market and meet company growth targetsA university degree or diploma in engineering or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)3 to 5 years’ experience in project coordination and management, representing owners to deliver capital and maintenance programsExperience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an assetThe ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and empower teams to achieve project delivery
