I am currently working with a client looking for a Project Manager to join them on a 12 month contract running to November 25.

Role: Project Manager
Location: Filton – Fully on-site
Hours: Standard 35 hours per week (4.5 days between the hours of 7am-7pm)
Salary: Up to £32.32 per hour Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS & SC (completed by the business)

You would join the Production Support Team which consists of a lineside group of driven individuals supporting the operations team on their safety, quality & cost delivery, as well as people targets & commitments.

Responsibilities

Project management, project integration and general progress reviews and updates Preparing business cases in line with the business project management process Preparing Capital expenditure (CAPEX) presentations Updating Financial & CAPEX managers so reporting is aligned Work preparation and enablement with internal stakeholders & external suppliers Progress management ensuring the timely delivery of projects within the agreed available budgets

Skill Set

Essential:

Good interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate Proven Project Management exp – Minimum of 2 years’ experience Previous experience using project management tools Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Ability to investigate and problem solve Tracking of risks and implementing mitigation plans Able to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate confidently and effectively Good IT skills

Desirable:

A working knowledge of ZOHO would be advantageous Experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment Confident with multi-disciplinary teams Financial tracking and monitoring in spreadsheet format Experience producing KPIs and metrics Comfortable using Google suite
