Project Manager
Job Description As the Project Manager, you will lead engineering projects, manage schedules, and ensure all tasks align with project objectives. Your responsibilities will include estimating time, setting timelines, monitoring budgets, and providing weekly progress reports. While your primary focus will be on engineering projects, you may also handle cross-departmental initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, procurement, and production teams to ensure projects remain within scope and are completed on schedule. By implementing structured project management processes, you will track team performance and deliver data-driven insights to leadership. This position pays up to $50/hr. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent field experience 5+ years of experience managing projects environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools. (Asana or similar) Experience tracking budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and direct cross-functional teams. Experience working with engineering teams on complex projects, including hardware and software. Ability to create structured project management processes, minimizing scope creep. Strong communication skills and the ability to present frequent data-driven progress reports to leadership. Strong organizational and time management skills.
