The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business and mission efforts. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities

Meet daily with the customer and adjust the teams as needed to accomplish often dynamic requirementsKeep long term planning schedule to allow flexibility day to day while maintaining schedule for long term deliverablesStaff and utilize needed skillsets to accomplish all required deliverables on time and within budgetEnsure team of 20+ individuals are gainfully tasked and aligned to their skillsets to accomplish the required deliverablesHandle personnel issues as they come up, keeping issues from interrupting customer deliverablesTake personal responsibility for the quality of each deliverable, ensuring processes are in place to deliver at the required level with professionalismLead the team by example to ensure the highest standard of professionalism, quality and ethics is maintainedAdjust as necessary to keep the customer satisfied with team output and product qualityBe responsive, always have a plan in place in the event you are not presentEnsure the documentation of work is always up to date to ensure credit is taken for efforts expendedEvaluate team members for quality as well as career progressMaintain customer sites current with group activitiesEnsure proper storage of group deliverables

Requirements:

TS/SCI with CI Polygraph requiredRequires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skillsWorking knowledge of architecture, data, and AI topicsProvide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skillsWork with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing prioritiesDemonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProduce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Great planning and prioritization skillsAble to balance customer needs with long term deliverable timelines to accomplish changing prioritizations in a dynamic environmentAbility to inspire greatness from the whole team, utilizing the greatest skill sets efficiently to balance each team and raise productivity from the most junior membersOriginal Posting Date:2024-10-03

Pay Range:Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
